All Riders MUST Register Online!

Ride is sanctioned with AERC, SEDRA, SEERA, FEI , AHA for the R12 100 mile championship, and Ride & Tie/Equathon.

AHA Region 12 100-Mile Championship on Sunday

1. Rider & owner must be current AHA competition members.  Call 303-696-4500 to join Arabian Distance Riders Club #12277 for the best price.
2. There is no additional fee for the AHA R12 championship.  One year memberships are $95, and each year we offer 50 & 100 mile championships + CTR.
3. Horse must have completed at least 100 lifetime (AERC, FEI) miles in 50 miles or greater distances.  
4. No ties - Top Five Arabian & Half Arabian Prizes plus BC for each division plus First Junior (<19 years Dec 1 2024).

 Register and pay on or before December 22nd in order to avoid late fees.  Please register and pay early to make it easier on the ride management.

Payment information is included on the confirmation that you will receive via email.  Because PayPal fees are so high, Zelle, Venmo or checks are preferred.  Use 386-566-4820 for zelle or venmo.   If you must pay via PayPal, be prepared to add 4% to cover fees.  Contact Ride Manager for details cvdrides@gmail.com

If you need to change horses, distances, or ride day(s), click the link at the bottom of your confirmation.  Check your spam as the confirmation is sent within a few minutes after you register.  Also, please sign the AERC waiver and if you are riding FEI or AHA, there is additional paperwork and waivers we will email  you. 

You must advise the Ride Management directly.  

No show/no call = no refund.  

If you submit a registration online, you are registered so we are counting you for meals and prizes.  Payment finalizes your entry but if you made the entry and your plans change, you have to go online and cancel.  If you cancel on or before December 22rd, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel between December 23rd and ride day, a $50 non-refundable fee applies for each ride day plus meal costs.  No refunds after vetting.  If you've already arrived onsite, camping fees  and/or meals are applicable.
