After you submit your registration, you will be forwarded to the e-sign waiver page.
You will also receive a confirmation via email within a few minutes if you typed your email address in correctly. The top of your confirmation provides payment information. Check your spam folder if it doesn't hit your email shortly after submission.
On the bottom of your email confirmation, there is a link to EDIT your registration with any changes. Do not email ride management unless it's really last-minute changes that can be handled at ride site.
If you can volunteer when you're not riding, your help would be appreciated to share the load of this event. We will provide some food and a bed if necessary!
If you sign up online, we are expecting you and we order food, nice shirts, and prices even if you have not paid. You must advise the Ride Manager directly via text, email, or the contact section on the home page. No show/no advise = no refund.
At Broxton, wifi is limited, and it's often delayed receipt. Wifi now included when you registered for camping online with Broxton.
If you cancel before January 25, you will receive a refund less $25.
If you cancel on or after January 26th, a fee of $50 is applicable plus meal costs. No refunds after vetting in successfully. If you've already arrived onsite, site fees will be applicable. Refunds/credits will be processed within 30 days after the ride.
Your registration is considered complete when payment is received for campsite assignments. Payment options include PayPal, Zelle to centralflhorseshows@gmail.com or 386-566-4820, Venmo @C-VanDeusen or check. If PayPal, you must add 4% for Paypal fees. By registering in the online system, we are expecting you, and all cancellation policies apply.
Please submit full payment on or before January 23rd to avoid the 'inconvenience' fee and keep the ride manager happy and willing to put on more rides. It's a lot of work to organize a ride, and late entries add complexity.
On or after January 26th, payments incur a $50 'really inconvenient' fee, which also applies to onsite registration. Thank you for getting it done in advance!

All hookups and primitive camping must be reserved directly with Broxton Bridge via the Reserve Camping link below.
If you have questions or issues with camping reservations, contact Gerhard Varn at gerhard@broxtonbridge.com or call 803-824-9651. You can reserve covered corrals, portable corrals, and wifi on the camping reservation, but do not select the riding fee.
Final hookup spots will be designated by Cheryl and may not be the spot you reserved through Broxton Bridge registration. Note that "Equestrian Preferred" is irrelevant.
If you want your hookup adjacent to someone else or another request, please state in the COMMENTS section of your ride registration. You can also edit from the bottom of your email confirmation.
