Registration is open!
On the registration form, all items marked with a red asterisk must be filled in. Otherwise, the form will not permit you to Submit.
After you submit your registration, you will be shown a large green check mark and information about payment options.
You will also receive a confirmation via email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't hit your email shortly after submission.
Please EDIT your registration with any needed changes from the email confirmation you receive. Do not email ride management unless it's really last-minute changes that can be handled at ride site.
If you can volunteer when you're not riding, your help would be appreciated to share the load of this event. We will provide some food and a bed if necessary!
You must advise the Ride Manager directly via text, email, or the contact section on the home page.
No show/no advise = no refund. At Broxton, wifi is limited, and it's often delayed receipt. Wifi passes available for sale at Broxton Office Trailer.
If you cancel before November 3rd, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between November 3rd and November 4th, a fee of $35 is applicable to cover committed costs such as meals.
If you cancel after November 5th, a fee of $50 is applicable plus meal costs and you will get future ride credit to use during this year. No refunds after vetting in successfully. If you've already arrived onsite, site fees will be applicable. Refunds/credits will be processed within 30 days after the ride.
Your registration is considered complete when payment is received. Payment options include check, Zelle and PayPal (if you add 4% for Paypal fees). By registering in the online system, we are expecting you and the cancellation policies apply.
Please submit full payment before November 3rd to avoid 'inconvenience' fees and keep the ride manager happy and willing to put on more rides. It's a lot of work to organize a ride, and late entries add complexity. On or after November 3rd, payments incur a $50 'really inconvenient' fee, which also applies to onsite registration. Thank you for getting it done in advance!
