Registration will be opened on September 18th.
One night's camping is included in your entry fee. If you are staying additional nights, please pay onsite $10 night per trailer.
On the registration form, extra meals may be reserved. You may also purchase Saturday & Sunday breakfast & lunch as Comfort Cafe takes cash & venmo
Your registration is complete when your payment is received. If you submit your registration on line, we are expecting you even if you have not paid. You will be responsible for any cancellation fees as we are planning on you coming. When you click Submit, you will be presented with options for PayPal, check, and Zelle. If you pay via PayPal, you must add 4% to cover fees.
Please submit full payment on or before September 30th to avoid 'inconvenience' fees and keep the ride manager happy and willing to put on more rides. It's a lot of work to organize a ride, and late entries add complexity. Payment between October 1st and 6th adds a $35 'inconvenience' fee. October 7th and later, as well as onsite registration, incurs a $50 'really inconvenient' fee. Thank you for getting it done in advance!

You must advise the Ride Manager directly via text, email, or the contact section on the home page.
No show/no notice = no refund.
If you cancel on or before September 30th, you will receive all but $10. If you cancel between October 1st and 6th, a fee of $35 is applicable to cover committed costs such as awards.
If you cancel on or after October 7th, a fee of $50 is applicable and you will get the difference in future ride credit to use during this year.
No refunds after vetting. If you've already arrived onsite, site and meal fees will be applicable.
Refunds/credits will be processed within 30 days after the ride.
Ride & Tie members should register under the name of one rider and list the name of the second rider in the comments field. These registrations should add extra dinner(s) and camping fees as appropriate. If the form doesn't let you register properly, please reach out to the Ride Manager.
